You are bidding on reserved seating for the 2004 Southwest Ohio High School Swimming & Diving Classic Finals. This does not include admission to Finals.

If you are the successful bidder you will make payment by cash or check on the night of the meet. Payment will be made at the admissions desk of the Natatorium. Please bring a copy of the confirmation of your winning bid. Bidding rules and procedures are controlled by eBay, see the eBay website for details.

No one in your group can be seated until payment is received. As winning bidder you are responsible to determine and control who may join you in your reserved seating. If payment is not made 30 minutes prior to the start of the finals, the meet organizers reserve the right to resell the reserved seating. (You may wish to send payment with your swimmer)

Description Of Auction

All seating being auctioned is located in the stands which are located parallel to the length of the pool, not the bleachers in the balcony. Section B is the seating which extends from the starting blocks to approximately mid pool. Section C is the seating which extends from approximately midpool to the bulkhead end of the pool. Row 1 is closest to the pool, row 2 is immediately behind row 1.

Each section is approximately 19 ½ feet long. At 18 inches per person, each single row will accommodate 13 people. Actual capacity will vary depending on the size of participants in your group and the level of comfort desired.

Purpose Of Auction

The Classic swim meet is organized by the swimming Officials of Southwest Ohio to provide an opportunity for area high school swimmers to compete in a preliminary/finals format. In addition to the events found in the high school swim meet format, additional events are offered to allow swimmers to display their abilities in the events often included in college meets.

Proceeds from the meet defray the costs of the meet (pool rental, awards, etc.) and provide funds for the annual scholarship which is presented to a senior male and female swimmer. Proceeds for the auction will be used for scholarships.

The eBay auction(s) for reserved seats at the Classic finals are posted on eBay. The auctions will end on Wednesday, January 14th at 8:30 PM. They can be located on eBay with a search for 'swclassic'.
