- Amphitrite & Poseidon Award Scholarships
- For the 2025-2026 Ohio high school swimming season, swimmeet.com will again be awarding $1,000 scholarships to the recipients of The Amphitrite Award and The Poseidon Award.
The Amphitrite and Poseidon awards are presented annually by swimmeet.com to the top female and male high school swimmer in Ohio based on the season-ending Power Points 100 and scored using the NISCA short cource yards power point tables.
swimmeet.com acknowledges the grueling nature of the three month long Ohio high school swimming season and the intense effort it takes to perform at a high level in all eight individual swimming events. The Power Points 100 on swimmeet.com is an attempt to chart this exhausting journey by quantifying the relative performances of the top 100 swimmers throughout the season.
At the end of this journey, there can be only one top female and male swimmer and for the 2025-2026 high school season those two swimmers will each be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to be used to further their education after graduating from high school.
